The Wemmicks were small wooden people. Each of the wooden people was carved by a woodworker named Eli. His workshop sat on a hill overlooking their village. Every Wemmick was different. Some had big noses, others had large eyes. Some were tall and others were short. Some wore hats, others wore coats. But all were made by the same carver and all lived in the village. And all day, every day, the Wemmicks did the same thing: They gave each other stickers. Each Wemmick had a box of golden star stickers and a box of gray dot stickers. Up and down the streets all over the city, people could be seen sticking stars or dots on one another. Read the rest of this entry »

A PRAYER… AND A PRAYER… :)

click-aici-pentru-a-citi-acest-post-in-romana.jpg

This is a joke I’ve heard some time ago. It’s not just a joke, but there is a deeper meaning beyond its humor:

Two men were praying in a church, staying on their kneels, shoulder to shoulder. They were: a rich man and a poor man.

The rich man says: Lord, help me make this deal with the freighter… Help me win that auction…

The poor man: Lord, help me to buy some bread for my children…

The rich man: Lord, help me make that deal…

The poor man: Lord, help me to go home with some money today, not as I did last days…

The rich man, irritated, to the poor man: You, can’t you see God is busy with me?

The poor man, still addressing to God: Lord, help me feed my children…

The rich man, annoyed, opens his wallet and gives a $100 bill to the poor man: You, take these money and let God see about my problem!

THE RAPTURE

Are you ready? He could come any moment now.

Matthew 24.27:  For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

1 Corinthians 15.51,52: Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

1 Thessalonians 4.16,17: For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

Philippians 3.21: He, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

PAUL WASHER – A GREAT SERMON!

click-aici-pentru-a-citi-acest-post-in-romana.jpg

The next youtube / you tube file is a Shockingly Powerful & Biblical message preached to about 5,000 youth in a day when youth are appealed to through shallow and worldly means.

At one point in this sermon the 5,000 Youth are clapping and yelling BUT THEN the preacher makes a comment that CHANGES THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE TO WHERE YOU COULD HAVE HEARD A PIN DROP… As you can imagine, the preacher was never invited back.

We believe the whole sermon will be a blessing  to many souls. For more info about Paul Washer go to http://www.heartcrymissionary.com/ – this is the presentation on youtube

The sermon is from Matthew 7.13-27:

13“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

15“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

16By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?

17Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

18A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.

19Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

20Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

21“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’

24“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

25The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

26But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.

27The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”

refresh the page if the video doesn’t load

One of the most beloved movie musicals of all-time, THE SOUND OF MUSIC had all the makings of a successful film — memorable Rodgers and Hammerstein songs, lush background locations, a talented cast, an experienced production team, the preceding momentum of a popular stage musical, and most importantly, a wholesome, sentimental story with sympathetic heroes, historic villains and broad family appeal.

TRUST GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART

  click-aici-pentru-a-citi-acest-post-in-romana.jpg

isus.jpg

Trust Him even you feel He doesn’t answer you.Trust Him because He wants what is the best for you, even if it seems that what happened it’s against you or injuries you. Maybe His purpose for you is other than what you think. Because what He is thinking at is your eternity, your future with Him.

Heaven and hell are not just stories as some people think. Do you want a proof? The Bible. The Book which subsist for about 4000 years, the first book printed ever is not a lie. But it looks like a lie for those who are afraid to look at the Truth, for those who are afraid of the Truth. So they deny the Book in a complete ignorance; they turn into rebellion against God. They deny the Book. T H E  B O O K.

Heaven and hell are not just stories. And if God chooses to make us suffer today, it’s because this suffering is infinitesimal, is minor comparing with what could happen in our future if we wouldn’t suffer today, if we wouldn’t learn this very lesson today. Because we could learn form this suffering, we could learn how to discard something Satan set on us in our past. And that thing (which seems as ascension, a positive image for the world) will foreclose us to stay close to our Holy God. We can not give up at that “thing” if we feel all right with it. We can’t give up at pride, vanity, lie, gossip (..) if we are not “forced” to. Because we got used to them. And sometimes we love it.So, God creates this situation to show us that this is not good, even we think is ok with that, even the others encourage us to remain this way (because that thing is an world dress for them – and sometime for us, too).

So God creates this situation because He wants us to hate that thing and to get rid of it.God loves you and wants you. You wouldn’t be here today if He wouldn’t have loved you. He would have let you in the dark, without understanding some things which are not familiar for the others. They are saying to you: “Come on … do you believe those things? …” It is dark for them. Thank God He put light over you and help you to see that. Trust Lord, read the Bible, foster from The Truth, stay in the light God set over you! And get out from those who want to pull you back in the dark. Talk with those who are in the Light!
